Steps of Movement

• One foot (wearing a gripper) is placed in the hack, the other (wearing a slider) is placed on the ice

• The curler is crouched down, shoulders square with the broom at the other end

• The broom is held in the hand opposite the rock, and is positioned with the non-sweeping side of the broom on the ice
